I was disappointed when this didn’t happen. A lot of the people in the class were new and booked from ClassPass and probably go to try out a little dance. I really liked the class but most go to do a bit of ‘pole dancing’ so would really like a bit of a dance as in the class description

Voir tous les avisI typically only stretch for about 20 minutes in the mornings, so to start my day with such deep and long stretches brought more awareness to my breath. Feeling safe to play with stretches that I needed adjusting to, having tools like blocks to deepen my stretch, breathing through discomfort, and overall just enjoying myself made this a great way to start of my Friday! (ruled by venus, the planet of love) I love this class, and I'm already booking my next classes 🧚🏾♂️✨ If your having any doubts, let me shine a light in this direction, DO IT 🫶🏾🙌🏾
