The instructor was a very apt coach, explained things clearly and identified need for corrections across participants. Class was structured well with adequate time allocated to practicing different techniques and having breaks. The space was comfortable and the staff were friendly and welcoming without being overbearing.

Initially was taken aback when I see that there's no punching bag in the gym, but after doing all the partner drills, light sparring, and pad works, I got to learn alot in a short session. Coach was very attentive(thats rare) and teaches good techniques. He gave immediate feedback and constant reminders to correct bad form. Will look forward for another lesson!

There were other ladies in the class and the instructor was also a lady so I felt safe going alone! :) Even during life sparring with a partner the instructors were always keeping a watch out for us to make sure we were kept safe! We worked on two techniques of guard passing into side control, then had positional sparring before ending the class. I liked that there was no pointless warm-up and that we dived straight into drills. Not exactly beginner-friendly, but I would definitely consider coming here again. Thanks Coach Shah!
