Voir tous les avisThe instructor was great! She did a fantastic job with the class and music. Overall, the space was a small and I didn’t love how I couldn’t pick (or bring my own) my mat. I also felt like there could be more mirrors so I could see my form better - especially when doing so much with weights / bangles / etc.

Voir tous les avisRelaxing overall but it was a bit more talking/brighter lights than I was hoping for at end of long day! I prefer my recovery classes to feel like light suggestions and deep, slow movements mixed in with the lymphatic drainage aspects (which were a great element of this class!)
