Voir tous les avisLove jumpboard! Great booty and core workout. I also like that I get to work on my foot and calf strength much more so than in a regular pilates class. Sibly keeps the class moving with 1 min for each movement which can be an endurance challenge but in a good way.

Voir tous les avisSometimes I feel like the universe’s favorite, I am so grateful for that class last night, I am recovering from a frozen shoulder and a pinched nerve and today feel substantially better. Thank you to the amazing instructor, my daughter and I can’t wait to visit again.

Voir tous les avisSolid workout. A few moves were tricky like balancing on the foot bar or platform which are both pretty small areas. A face towel can be helpful to add grip when working on the box because it can get slippery.
