Honestly every Lagree class is guaranteed to make you WERK in such a functional way ✨ it feels like absolute death on your muscles, not a single second goes to waste. This is the most time-efficient, safe, functional and effective exercise ever! And this place has the red light therapy to heal our tissues while we sculpt our muscles. I just finished my 25th class in 3 months and I have started my complete transformation!!!! just obsessed!!!!

I’m at the beginning of my workout journey and was nervous about starting here, but she helped get me through with modification adjustments and not judging when I couldn’t do a move. The verbal cues were a bit confusing at times but probably because I’m not quite keen on the lingo yet. She did a really great job with tactile cueing though and worked several body parts to fatigue! Looking forward to coming back again. Thanks Nicole!
