He answered all of my questions before getting me set up in my private sauna room. You can tell how proud he is of his space, as he should be! Already looking forward to coming back for more self care and try out their contrast therapy cold plunge. So happy to have a space like this now in San Diego!

I did a cryofacial, celluma LED face therapy, and full body red light therapy. The cryofacial felt incredible, immediately after I felt less puffy. I have an active breakout and feel like the combo of treatments have had immediate effects as the inflammation is down already. Would recommend this place and hope to try other treatments.

Voir tous les avisI got the 60 min massage and 30 minute sauna experience. The space was inviting and clean. I was greeted with a warm welcome and was brought to my private room right away. The massage was nice and the sauna add-on is a great concept to end the overall experience. The reason for four stars is because although the experience was mainly enjoyable and relaxing, during the sauna portion one of the staff members was on a phone call on speaker. Between that and unfortunately, a car alarm repeatedly going off, it was a little difficult to fully relax. The car going off wasn’t their fault but being on the phone with someone for 10+ minutes could have been avoided I think. Overall enjoyed myself and would go back!
