The team is so warm and welcoming that the people who go there seem to follow their lead. They have little tables outside where some people seem to gather after class. Seems like they have a knack for building community and encouragement. This will be a spot I frequent!

Voir tous les avisVery peaceful and meditative breathwork to clear the mind. I don't know how 80 minutes passed so quickly. I felt very present in the moment and focused on my postures and breathing. The instructor gave very clear instructions and allowed for free movement and have many alternatives which was great. The view was very peaceful through the large glass windows. There is a fountain in front of the class and you could see the ducks and the ducklings walk by and the turtles jump in and out of the pond. Thank you for an excellent class.

She spent time on my back and got all the knots out and even went a little longer than our session was scheduled (she checked with me to make sure I had the time) just to make sure she hit everything. The parking lot is a little sketchy, but once you go inside the lobby, it’s very nice, clean, and sets you at ease. 15/10 would recommend.
