I was assigned a stylist that was very accommodating and answered my questions about the procedure. The stylist advised me that it will take a while and encouraged me to eat or order something while my hair is being bleached and I appreciate that. I also appreciate the assistant who helped with the treatment and ensured that I was comfortable during my time there. Overall, awesome job Estancia branch! Everything was done with such care, and it turned out amazing. The shop had a chill and professional vibe, which made the whole experience even better. Voir tous les avisThe ambiance was nice and relaxing and had a clean aesthetic. I was greeted the moment I entered and was asked if I wanted some refreshments. They offered coffee,tea or water. The manager then gave me a consultation right before my treatments and suggested which ones fit my goals best. But I was told that booking through classpass is only a one time thing and that I had to pay full price on my next visit. I was told that they will not be accomodating me even if I used my credits to book through classpass on my next planned visit which I think is fair if they would disclose that on the classpass app. Although they gave me package options for the treatments they suggested I try, I cant help but feel a little bit put on the spot as I was told I had to decide right then and there if I was going to avail their package. All in all the treatments were pleasant and my therapist Ms.Jen made me feel well taken cared of and it was a pleasant experience nonetheless.
