Her and Felix did a great job providing me information on what was to be expected for my first class and I couldn’t be more blown away. It’s hard finding a cardio class only and I’m glad I found this class. I will definitely be coming back and looking forward to see my progression!

I also appreciated how she went over to the newbies to welcome them at the beginning and even checked in during class. Made everyone feel welcome. It was a themed class so the playlist was great — but I’d definitely take another one of her classes.

Voir tous les avisLOVED this class! Kristina is incredibly talented at what she does and her sequences were intuitive so they were easy to follow. I really enjoyed the progression on the floor because it helped me set my form. There was a significant number of people for a 430pm class which is a testament to her skill. The only negative is I hate mountain climbers and we had those at the beginning of class, but you’re not going to love everything!!

Voir tous les avisI take rumble every week, many times a week. It has been a MINUTE since I’ve gotten to take Terry who usually teaches at the Flat / Chelsea studio at times when I’m not able to go. Today he subbed a class . Let me tell you this was best class I’ve taken in a VERY LONG TIME. I do not say this lightly . I’ve taken 400+ classes. He was very clear throughout the class and cheered everyone on. His music popped off. His combos were simple but effective . If you were a beginner youd def be able to follow this super well and if you’ve taken hella classes, you could def add ur own little spice in the combos . I loved the class because of that. I’d pay BANK to take this class again. I hope they give him some PM slots in NOHO / Chelsea soon on weekdays. I’ll def be going to Chelsea Sunday soon. Anyway to take Terry , you’ll have the best time.

Voir tous les avisLovely instructor/ first time I’ve had an instructor hype up the class so much at this studio. Especially with saying names. Front desk is also great. However, I’ve been coming here for almost 5 months and noticed the showers aren’t clean. I have to clean hair out the drain which is really uncomfortable but only way for it to drain. Tends to be alot of grime as well. I work nearby so it’s really useful for me to shower before work. I think if they amp it up the facilities will be 10/10 like the instructors.

Voir tous les avisI‘m normally very bad in running and my cardio fitness is miserable, I was still able to run (slow) most of the class and it was fun! Beforehand I was kinda scared and thought about canceling the class, but I’m so glad I went!

The studio exceeds all expectations, it’s so aesthetically zen everyone there is so accommodating and helpful especially if you’re a first timer! I also want to speak to whom ever designed the place because it’s unreal so tranquil. The tea at the end is the cherry on top!

The only thing that would have made the class a bit better for me would have been a genre of pop/ edm/ dance playlist, but that’s a personal preference. Teaching was really great with clear instructions, and recommended for all levels. Made my day.

Their class had a good balance btwn hip openers heart openers inversions & balances. very playful and fun. the studio has a youthful vibe, high ceilings. candlelit which I didn’t notice until coming out of chavasana. my fav part was when Michal turned our focus inward and said to think of something that makes us happy we’re alive. Voir tous les avisWhen I go to her classes, I really feel like I’m able to do *more* and I’m not self conscious about being 100%. Some of the other people at solidcore move like gazelles on those carriages but even if you don’t (like me), she really encourages you to try and even spells out what modifications are available. I love how she went around during lunges and gave everyone the option to use support without singling any person out. I’ll definitely try her class again. She encourages toes but doesn’t push it and doesn’t make you feel bad for not doing it. Because of that motivation, I find that I am more likely to try things that I simply don’t want to with other instructors. Go to her class!! Especially if you’ve been scared off by other classes at solidcore before. 🫶🏼

Great instructor, good corrections. I loved that the pianist played Le Cygne from Carnival of the Animals during adagio! Big drawback is that there’s not a lot of space so I didn’t have access to a mirror during barre.

It was a very useful and productive class because she really focuses on form and technique so you execute the movements correctly. I learned a lot and felt a difference! You get a lot of individual attention because of the small class size which is critical to progress.
