The team is so warm and welcoming that the people who go there seem to follow their lead. They have little tables outside where some people seem to gather after class. Seems like they have a knack for building community and encouragement. This will be a spot I frequent!

Voir tous les avisGreat energy and playlist. Love the studio and light setup. My only minor area of improvement are the bikes. I’m not the biggest fan of the bikes because it’s hard to tightly secure them, but there are staff who go around to help you setup which is super nice.

I would recommend this class to beginners and professionals! Ha. All levels welcomed . I would consider myself a beginner in yoga but have taken many Pilates classes, if that says anything. Everything was thoroughly explained in a way that was easy to understand. But the class still moved fast enough as to not slow the group as a whole . I am very very impressed and relieved about my experience. And the prices are very fair. Highly HIGHLY recommend !!!!

The instructors were very patient and open to questions if you didn’t understand a move or needed to go over a part of the choreography again. The space was very open and air conditioned which is appreciated cause i was sweating A LOT lol, it was a bit fast paced for me but I have never danced in a proper studio before. I liked how they were okay with mistakes and weren’t perfectionists or critical. 10/10 a great experience overall and a smooth entry too since i filled the forms online

Choreo was pretty fast with some challenging moves but still achievable especially if you already have experience in other dancing styles.

The spin class was hard but doable for a first-timer. For someone coming regularly, you could still keep it challenging as your fitness improves by adding more resistance to the bike. We had to start from the very basics of line dancing. It seemed like everyone there has never done line dancing but she was very patient and the music was great.
