Voir tous les avisIna’s class was nicely paced and she gave out clear instructions all throughout so that it was easy to follow the routine. The addition of pilates into yoga gave a good challenge to the class, which I really enjoyed, hoping to attend more classes like this!

Voir tous les avisI absolutely loved Teacher Ice. I think this has to be the most fun I've ever had at a yoga class. As a beginner, I was able to follow easily, and Ice communicated and taught very clearly. I was able to focus on the yoga practice (as opposed to trying to figure out what the teacher wants me to do). :) highly recommend
