Voir tous les avisEnjoyed this class very much. Perfect for winding down the evening. The flow was gentle yet challenging and Jenessia always offered modifications and was encouraging throughout. I loved the entire sound bath portion which was done with the main lights off leaving only the flickering of candlelight. The studio and staff have a lovely, welcoming energy. The studio was mostly full, but I did have an open space next to me. Parking is a little challenging, so I recommend leaving enough time to park and settle in comfortably. I would absolutely take it again.

She made sure to say hello to everyone in the room (many teachers do not do this!), brought a fresh air of positivity, fun and laughter into the room as she entered. She led the session with her powerful presence and leadership, guiding us with visualizations, inviting us to make sound, offering impeccably timed transitions, playing powerful and emotive music, invitation to make sound was just so impeccably timed. Loved her! I ended up having a transformative experience in the room, experiencing what loving me really means..

Voir tous les avisI really love this class. Cannot recommend it enough for pregnant people! Someone brought their husband tonight which I have to admit I did not appreciate. This is a space for pregnant people or people who recently gave birth. I love how we share in the beginning of class and it feels so safe, intimate, and genuine to say how you’re currently feeling regarding your pregnancy surrounded by others who are going through the same thing or have just gone through it. I know it’s not a big deal but thought it was worth sharing. I will definitely still continue to keep coming back.

My little one is only 7 weeks old so he stayed in his car seat and slept the entire time but it was nice to chat about mom related/postpartum stuff which is how the class began. No need to bring a mat or props, they supplied everything we needed! Big and spacious room and the temperature was just right. Hope does a great job and is very calming and easy to talk to.

Incredible kriya sequencing with breath work and DANCE! Waves of powerful emotions + kind/body/soul connection followed by free flow movement was just divineeee 🥹🤍 Such a beautiful experience. So much gratitude for your thoughtful facilitation, sequencing, and space holding. Sut Nam, Malyvahn!!!!

The instructor was very grounding and incorporated mindfulness without being spiritual if that makes sense. Could’ve used a little more flow and challenge myself but overall experience was definitely 5 stars. Parked on the street and entered the studio through the black gate and waited in the quiet courtyard before heading upstairs to the studio

He knows what he's doing and you can tell he puts his heart, soul and deep knowledge on every class. His power classes are very much ALL LEVELS, because he offers different modifications for every stage, so whether you're a beginner, intermediate or seasoned practicioner who wants a power class, he's got you! 20/10. Also, the studio is absolutely beautiful!!
