This was my first time in a barre studio and I had no idea what to expect. The workout was high energy and really fun. And I asked one of the attendees about the clas and she was super friendly and supportive.

They actually teach you how to do it right, while keeping the pace and energy high and get an amazing workout. The other clients were helping me and I felt a part of the group, not alone in a corner in a dark room.

Voir tous les avisEasily one of the best, most fun fitness classes I have ever taken! I don’t know what I was expecting, but it wasn’t what I experienced, it was better! Highly, highly recommend trying it at least once. Especially if you have some pent-up anger or frustration you need to get out, this is a great class for hitting things and releasing some energy with controlled violence lol

Voir tous les avisMari is an amazing beginner teacher! She is everything a beginner hip hop teacher should be - communicative, patient, well-paced, encouraging. She provided drills to help beginners get certain moves in their bodies. She repeated sequences often and made everyone feel good about themselves. Oftentimes, a class will be advertised as beginner, but they aren’t and the teachers are judgy and fast-paced, trying to teach you a complex 32-count with barely any repeats! This was such a refreshing experience. Highly recommend Mari if you’re a beginner! And I’d love to take an intermediate class with her because she’s just a good teacher, periodt!
