Voir tous les avisThis was legit my first workout class ever, and both the instructors and rest of the class were very welcoming and encouraging. I wasn’t familiar with some of the weights/equipment but Piko was happy to teach me proper form to avoid injuries and get the most out of it. Highly recommend for beginners and seasoned weight-lifters alike! Class was held out back in “The Yard” so be aware of the weather, and bring some water to stay hydrated.
