Voir tous les avisThis is a great cardio and weight workout. It’s the hardest class I’ve ever take in 30+ years of working out!! Loud and upbeat music. My only recommendation is to offer modifications. Not a beginner class but love it!

Voir tous les avisThe front desk staff seemed really clueless and was not very friendly. She did not have me sign in and told me the class was probably “over there” somewhere. The instructor was ok. She had technical issues with the music which I thought we could have done without the music. Because of that, she cut the class about 10-15 minutes early.
