I told her my skin felt dry and uncomfortable after the treatment and she refused, telling me there my skin was fine. I know how my skin feels and it feels too dry and a lot of discomfort. The lights used during the treatment were also too bright and painful. Overall I see the potential for improvement here. And my therapist was clearly experienced and knowledgeable and worked very hard.
