Voir tous les avisPerfect class for beginners!! I had never stepped foot on a pilates reformer machine but the instructor was so kind and made me feel super comfortable. Class was small which means you are able to get plenty of attention and corrections. I wish they offered more late afternoon class times but would still recommend to anyone wanting to try it!
