I especially loved how Angela practiced with us & showed us how to get to different modifications throughout the entire class. I was able to try out different modifications & check my form with hers. The practice was synchronized with the music, which made it more enjoyable like we were doing a choreography. Thanks Angela for such a great class! See you again!

Voir tous les avisOlivia is one of the best yoga teachers in Columbus. I feel like some instructors just let you do whatever even if it’s wrong. Olivia takes the time to explain how to do different poses and isn’t afraid to help you make adjustments. I come out of her classes not only with a great workout, but with knowledge I can use in future classes!!! Highly highly recommend 😁
