    Liv is a fantastic instructor! It was my first time taking a class with her and she introduced herself and asked if I had any mobility issues. I love when instructors ask that upfront and then offer modifications throughout. My core is high-key trash so I defo did some modifications because this strength and sweat class is tough, but in the absolute best way! Love this studio because sometimes the instructors bring their dogs and they’re so cute and calming. Just wish the classes didn’t always fill up so quickly so I could come more often 😅

    POWER FLOW (INFRARED HEAT)

    Loved Caroline’s class because she is very intentional with the way she speaks. She leads in a way that makes you feel guided in class and also empowers you to listen to how your body is feeling and adapt to that. The pacing and sequencing was perfect! I ended class feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and a lot less tension in my muscles / body — It’s exactly what I hoped to get from this class. One thing that would’ve optimize my experience if there was some sort of calming background music playing at the beginning of class (rather than just the instructor talking on mic). Otherwise, POWER FLOW is a great class if you want less of high energy, cardio and strength and more of balance, mobility, flexibility / stretching with a really good sweat out still left in the equation!

    I’m a novice at yoga (took maybe 3 classes in the past year). Some of the moves and transitions can get tricky but there’s enough repetition to learn and keep up. Emma is a great instructor and always encourages everyone to listen to their body and never push beyond their limits. She also provides adjustments for harder poses. The class was small at 9am on a weekday (around 7 or 8 people including myself), so lots of space to spread out. Overall, highly recommended to everyone who loves or would like to try yoga! :)

I’ve found yoga flow classes at exhale to be a bit slow and beginner, but this class was great for yogis with some experience. Cassandra brought such a great energy to the class.     Alex leads a great class with an indie soft pop playlist which I love. He encourages us to make our own choices and go at our pace. I don’t feel pressured like I’m doing things wrong, more like I can just do my best.     The large open space with a huge number of machines and weight training areas is great. The locker rooms and showers are in desperate need of updating...they definitely have a 1995 aesthetic. The outside of the building looks a bit like a dilapidated construction storage warehouse, but the inside looks better. Good standard gym, great workout area, could use a locker room reno.
