I enjoyed the class as it was nice to change things up and I felt like I got a good workout in. The instructor is friendly and does come around to check on your form and make adjustments as necessary. However, if you are a beginner or new to exercise in general, you may find this class challenging due to the pace and strength required to do some exercises (however I’m sure if you communicate this to the instructor at the onset of class some modifications can be suggested) it’s just something to keep in mind.
