Voir tous les avisI LOVE JASMINE’S class! Literally one of the best flows I’ve ever done in my 15 years of doing yoga. She is so on top of it and guides you every step of the way! She’s so sweet and gentle! Definitely an amazing person and you can tell she loves what she does! Don’t hesitate to book a class with her. She’ll make sure she guides you correctly and smile while doing it !

This was my second time taking barre, so it was so nice that the instructor walked around and fixed my form and gave me proper instructions! Seems like the instructor is able to establish a strong rapport with her students ! Loved her energy + positivity!! Even the playlist slapped :) Def will be back!

This class I knew would be chill but personally felt a little too chill for me, even in yin yoga I like somewhat of a challenge/big stretch to help my mind go quiet. The instructor was really sweet and I liked her verbal instructions, for a restorative class I’d love to see some hands on adjustments but all in all very relaxing and loved the sense of community there!!!

Voir tous les avisHardest class I’ve taken in a while. Would say definitely not beginner friendly BUT if you know enough yoga and can handle fast pace/instructive and heat, it’s an amazing workout! Was drenched. Grace did a really great job!! Sometimes a little hard to understand the instructive cuz of how fast she spoke but there were plenty of people who were regulars that you could watch for help. And it seemed like all the regulars were super fit so clearly it works! :)

Voir tous les avisAmy was fantastic. This was my first time at this studio & my first time doing a hot yoga class in 6+ months. It was gruesome but Amy was amazing. She helped with the transition of poses, I felt like I needed moments of hands on adjustments but the class is pretty big so I’m sure it’s not possible.

Finally found another studio and instructor where the heat is good, the flow is challenging but creative and not boring, and it’s still attainable enough to keep pushing to get better! Darby was great! Also really loved the hands on adjustments as that I feel like really makes you more mindful of things you can improve! :)
