She is also genuinely passionate about the topic which makes the healing even more profound. “Just one feedback:” I think the Q&A part at the end must be optional for the ones who need to stay. Since it’s an extremely deep session, I would have preferred to get some quite time or talk to in person. I really didn’t feel ready to listen somebody else’s questions, but at the same time felt having to stay out of respect to her. Thanks!

For the activity itself, I recommend you go on long cotton/yoga cloths so the friction doesn’t irritate your skin. You’ll have 45 minutes with the machine and video instructions and I enjoyed stretching/massaging all body parts and could apply less or more pressure for when I want to have deeper or easier massage
