I loved how she explained to newcomers on reformer thoroughly. it was short simple but very well noted explanation. her flow was okay, but towards the end, you will feel the burn nonetheless. for newcomers, feel free to join her class. she's good at correcting your posture and telling you what to do if you've done wrong with the routine. I won't mind joining her class again in the future
