Grateful for the opportunity to attend and feeling very zen. Beginners should have a fundamental core strength to keep up. Very fun class!

I have taken several classes from Yulia at other places, and I was so glad to see her name on Classpass! Her class consists of a brief, yet great message, cardio & strength warm up, flexibility, and relaxation (her voice smooths you); it has everything I need. I haven't found any other instructor in Atlanta like her. Highly recommend!

She uses her skilled cueing as a guide for multi-level teaching, shifting the focus onto you, (the practitioner), and less onto herself as the teacher. Overall, phenomenal. Don't sleep on Freya's classes!
